Hong Kong time-honored brand

Through the researching the information about time-honored brand, I feel depressed about the change of Hong Kong. There have no much time-honored brand left, especially the small scale one. No doubt, not all time-honored brand can persist so easily. However, some Hong Kong culture or building may pass into silence if we still not concern about these shops. Probably, it may related to the financial clique
and social change.

Nevertheless, I still want those shops can be retain as a Hong Konger.
I am afraid about our culture will really disappear. We may only can find those traditional Hong Kong food from the chain store soon. Only the large impersonal chain stores are left.
