Introduction

In Hong Kong, there are many historic and valuable time-honored brands since 1950s. However, as time went away, many time-honored brands have disappeared quietly and fast food restaurants with large operation become the substitutes. To protect the memorable culture, we have responsibility to promote time-honored brands. For the local people, it may enhance the memory for local food. For the tourists, it provides them with an opptunity to explore Hong Kong’s traditional culture.
